BURN Performance Medicine is a private consultative physician service operated exclusively via telehealth to patients living in the state of Vermont (coming soon to New Hampshire and Massachusetts). The entire visit will be spent with the doctor.

About payment for BURN Services:
BURN is a private consultative medical practice that provides comprehensive one-on-one counseling and management by an MD. Payment in full is due at the time of service by credit/debit card. I do not accept medical insurance at this time, including private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid as insurance typically does not cover preventive health services. You may use Federal Health Savings Account funds to BURN medical services using your HSA/FSA debit card.
Note: laboratory services, imaging studies, and/or medications that may be recommended or prescribed at your consultation are not included in the visit costs listed above. As with all medical visits, diagnostic and treatment services are considered separate from doctors’ fees. However, these services may be billed to your insurance.
