Attend your 60-minute one-on-one video consultation with me, Dr. Wilfong:
Receive appropriate educational materials, prescriptions and referrals at that visit
Contact me for telephone and/or email support as needed
​Schedule follow-up visits as you feel appropriate to assess progress (usually 6 or 12 weeks)

About payment for BURN Services:

BURN is a private consultative medical practice that provides comprehensive one-on-one counseling and management by an MD. Payment in full is due at the time of service by credit/debit card. I do not accept medical insurance at this time, including private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid as insurance typically does not cover preventive health services. You may use Federal Health Savings Account funds to BURN medical services using your HSA/FSA debit card.
Note: laboratory services, imaging studies, and/or medications that may be recommended or prescribed at your consultation are not included in the visit costs listed above. As with all medical visits, diagnostic and treatment services are considered separate from doctors’ fees. However, these services may be billed to your insurance.
